The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

A 10 km da Senigallia e Fano, a 40 km da Riccione e Parco del Conero; raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto anche alcuni tra i borghi più belli d'Italia, come Mondolfo, Corinaldo, Mondavio... per una vacanza a metà tra l'azzurro del mare e il verde delle colline.
