Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

It is a brand new modern apartment. Located 3 km away from pebble beach, 10min driving from the city center and the beach. Warm and comfortable with large living room (air conditioning), TV/DVD, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Capacity is 2 persons (bedroom) + 2 (living room). It also has free parking and free WI-Fi. Quiet street in vicinity of children's playground. There is a restaurant and grocery store within 5 min and a supermarket within 10 min walking distance.

Note: we are following the cleaning protocol! The house and it's outdoors space that our guests use are completely separated from all public access. It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
