Villa Vega is ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and a stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or in basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea. Villa Vega, beautiful three bedroom villa has a private outdoor swimming pool and furnished terrace overlooking Adriatic Sea which provides breathtaking view of historical Dubrovnik. Guests can relax in the garden, furnished with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area under the pergola. Sun loungers are provided. Laundry facilities comprise a washing machine and a dryer.

The olive trees surround this small stone house.The house is built from natural materials.Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is naturally sourced.Situated 10 min. drive from the beach and village of Prižba.Town Blato is 3km away where you have shops,bus stop,etc.We recommend getting to the house by car.Should you require to rent a car we can provide that service.If you are looking for a beautiful view of sea,islands,with some peace and quiet feel free to make a booking. Villa M - Dubrovnik

Vila M is a brand new villa on the market and works have been concluded in 2022, but with oldest cornerstone. In early 60’s well known artist Milovan Stanić created entire project by himself. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be. 4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continues with 200 m2 of terraces. The 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor Milovan's work.

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. One part of the pool is under the villa ,its designed if its raining or its cold that in the all time guests have heated area pool. Since the villa is located on a slope, it is divided into 3 levels. It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 beautiful bedrooms.
