El Niu (¨the little nest¨ in Mallorquin) is embedded in the greenery between ALGAIDA and RANDA, like a small nest. BOOKING POSSIBLE FOR AUTUMN AND WINTER as there is a nice new PELLET OVEN. You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.

It is on the top of a hill, overlooking the bay of Alcudia and theTramuntana mountains, away from roads and at the end of a dead end, at 10 minutes to the beaches of Muro, Alcúdia and Can Picafort. We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment.
