Blue and Green

This residence is located in a quiet settlement by the sea. The house is 50m from the sea &surrounded by a 1300m garden, in which there's also another residence, used by the owners.The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, a kitchen &upstairs there's an open-plan space with a double bed &a double sofa-bed &an interior balcony.The house is environmentally friendly & it disposes all the facilities,apart from electric iron &hairdryer,since its electric power is generated by photovoltaics

I love Karitsa

A beautifull house situated at the first beach zone only 50 meters from the sea.
