Jolie petite maison provençale indépendante située sur une parcelle de 200m2 avec entrée individuelle et parking privé, située au pied des collines. Studio avec mezzanine, coin cuisine et salle de bains 5 couchages (1 lit + 2 convertibles) La position du logement vous permet de rayonner en 30 minutes environ vers les sites d’intérêt et villes environnantes : Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, plages de Cassis et La Ciotat, Toulon, ainsi que les grands sites naturels (Sainte Victoire et Sainte Baume)

Villa en retrait de la Corniche, entièrement rénovée par architecte, avec magnifique vue mer. Grands volumes, très lumineuse, posée à 50m de la grande bleue (accès direct par escalier), elle surplombe un petit jardin de restanques. Grande terrasse face à la mer. Possibilité de se garer juste devant la maison pour charger votre véhicule, et à quelques mètres de là pour un stationnement longue durée (gratuit). Pendant les vacances scolaires, les réservations à la semaine sont prioritaires.

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
