Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

A 20 dal mare, antica villa immersa in uno splendido parco, intero appartamento. Luminosissimo, arredato con cura e ogni comfort, stanze molto grandi e luminose, soffitti altissimi. Mare cristallino facilmente accessibile, panorami mozzafiato su Stromboli. Due matrimoniali, una doppia/matrim., due bagni, cucina, relax, sala pranzo, grande terrazza sul mare, aria condizionata. La casa è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia ed è un rifugio perfetto tra mare e cielo. Le grandi vetrate permettono di ammirare il mare che si estende all’infinito e regalano lo spettacolo mozzafiato dei tramonti infuocati. Ogni stanza è pensata per garantirvi tranquillità: dal letto, dalla cucina o dal soggiorno, potrete ascoltare il suono delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva e che creano una colonna sonora naturale che accompagnerà ogni vostro momento di relax. Surrounded by ancient churches and fancy restaurants, the apartment is spaced 80m from central avenue and 180m from the stairway to the most beautiful beach of the Coast of the Gods. A tourist tax in Tropea is 2€ per day per person (kids under 12 ecluded).

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

It is located 10 minutes walking distance to the old town and 8 minutes walking distance to the beach. The district is central and well served with bar&cafè, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

 The apartment is perfect for solo travellers, couples and families. You will enjoy an amazing seaview with spectacular sunset on Aeolian Islands.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

Villa Laura sorge direttamente sul mare, a Pizzo (VV), in una delle zone più belle della Costa degli Dei. La caratteristica unica della casa è il suo accesso diretto alla spiaggia e il panorama mozzafiato che abbraccia tutto il Golfo di S. Eufemia fino alle Isole Eolie. Vedere il sole tramontare sullo Stromboli mentre si sorseggia un aperitivo o si cena in terrazza non ha prezzo.

L' appartamento si trova a due passi dal mare e gode di ottima vista. È dotato di un divano letto matrimoniale con penisola, cucina, bagno, condizionatore e balconcino. Si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione. Vicinissima ad una delle spiagge più ambite di kitesurf a livello mondiale, da le B-club e Hangloose Beach.

Just what you need to visit Pizzo, all the natural attractions and the beautiful beaches nearby. 2 single kayaks, a small boat available for rent, to see the beautiful coast of Pizzo and its surroundings
