The 1st floor shared spaces: kitchen, living room & porch makes this the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Ann Arbor. Perfume-free & Smoke-free house & grounds. Our urban farm is a peaceful setting close to everything, but out of the student district. A guest (Cleanliness QC for a Hotel Chain) said it is one of the cleanest places he’d stayed.

License#: STR21-1919 Less than 2 miles from The Big House! A short drive from downtown and the Michigan campus, this beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the main road. Great place to stay for friends or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekend or a sports event. The house is completely redone, furnished, and ready for your stay! The entire house has 4 beds, a blow-up mattress, and plenty of couch space for an additional guest or two. The house is thoroughly cleaned!

Secluded home-away-from-home with a cook's kitchen

Unwind at this renovated mid-century home, Hillside Manner. It is surrounded by woods, so feels private. You can eat in the cathedral dining area, or on the back patio in the warmer seasons. The mattresses & pillows are memory foam, the Amazon Smart TV is connected to Wi-Fi, and the large kitchen offers anything you need. Perfect for families and groups of friends, the 3 bdrms can sleep up to 6 guests. *Host occupies first floor apartment, which is totally separate. No parties of more than 10!

Welcome! This home includes a large fenced in backyard sitting in a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood. Located 10 minutes away from Ann Arbor downtown as well as Ypsilanti downtown. Local grocers include Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Kroger’s all 5 minutes away. Décor is modern and bright with plenty of sunlight and amenities. Numerous parks, restaurants and ethnic grocery stores are walking distance. DTW airport is 30 minutes away. Contact will be none/ minimal unless requested.
