Welcome to the Howell’s cabin ! A beautiful and peaceful lake house in the heart of Maine. Located just 5 minutes from Mt Abrahm ‘s ski area , 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Center, and 15 minutes from Bethel, a charmy town with great restaurants and unique attractions. This has been our family getaway for nearly 40 years. Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom, heating/ AC system, Wi-Fi and a nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Cozy Camp on North Pond

Charming waterfront camp on a quiet dead end road. Freshwater lake is great for fishing, swimming, boating and simply relaxing! Watch for the family of bald eagles that call this lake their home and listen to the loons as you watch the sunset. Plenty of room for the whole family with two bedrooms and trundle beds . Hike Bucks Ledge right from the camp or make the 5 mile loop around the pond. Cookout on the gas grill, propane provided, and then toast marshmallows over the campfire.

Small trailer+1 vehicle parking. Cozy A-frame (500 sq ft) that only sleeps 2 people in 1 queen bed overlooking Back Lake and on the trails. Ride from the cabin! Perfect location (Beach Rd) close to all activities - ATV/snowmobile rentals, kayaking, canoeing, boating, hiking, hunting, beach/swimming & fishing. We provide a dock, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe shared with our Dockside cabin guests. 1st, 2nd, 3rd CT & Lake Francis are minutes away. Cook, BBQ or several restaurants are nearby.

Back Lake Waterfront - ATV/Snowmobile Trail Access

The location of this charming and private cabin is perfect for your Pittsburg getaway. Located on a short dead end road you will immediately absorb the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful lake front scenery with just under 100' of frontage. This cabin has both ATV and snowmobile access without the need to trailer from the property. The boat launch is conveniently located 1/8 of a mile away and the local beach is a short paddle across the lake using the provided canoe and kayaks.
