Amazing studio with terrace and view!Brera, center

Bright and quiet studio located on the floor above my apartment. You enter from a shared entrance but it is completely independent. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave , kettle. Large terrace overlooking trees! My accommodation is in Brera, and a short walk from the Duomo, the Parco Sempione, the Sforzesco , Corso Como . My accommodation is suitable for couples , lone adventurers and business travelers .

80 mq con ampissimo, soggiorno, cucina accessioriata con tecnologia all'avanguardia, finiture e mobili di pregio, ampio bagno in mosaico con due lavandini ampio box doccia. Lavastoviglie, lavatrice asse da stiro, 2 set biancheria completi ; 2 televisori, 9 finestre elettroniche, tende di alto pregio, a pochi passi da Hotel 5 stelle lusso ( Armani, Mandarin, Bulgari). Adiacente a parco circondato da palazzi di pregio. Viale alberi secolari. Metrò a pochi passi.

Meraviglioso appartamento nel cuore di Brera

Ampio appartamento adatto per soggiorni di breve e lunga durata. L’appartamento si trova al quarto piano di uno stabile d’epoca di fianco alla Pinacoteca di Brera, con una meravigliosa vista sulla chiesa di San Marco. Posizione comodissima che permette di visitare le zone cool della città a piedi. Montenapoleone si trova a 5/10 minuti a piedi, così come corso Garibaldi Moscova ,piazza Castello e Duomo.
