There are 2 bedrooms with plush queen beds, large wardrobes for your clothing, and 2 full bathrooms. One room has a romantic, four-poster bed with canopy. The other bedroom is fun and sleek, with a 60” flatscreen TV (65” HDTV in the living room). Relax on the spacious rooftop deck with 3 couches and seating for 11 people.

Small but cozy single family in Northern Baltimore, located in the very sought after Hampden neighborhood. 5 minute walk to “the Avenue” and 34th Street lights at Xmas. Directly across the street is a Walgreen’s, MOM’s Organic Market, gym, restaurants, UPS Store, etc. A private driveway, manicured back yard w/ hardscape, fire pit and tons of indoor amenities offer a convenient and relaxing stay in this quaint Baltimore hood. The Belevdere Lodge of Evesham Park is not as pretentious as it sounds. As you walk in, the first floor is filled with cheery colors to greet your party. The living room is comfortable and cozy. SubUrban Charmer *Steps from Main St*

Our charming home is in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from Main St. Restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques are right around the corner. Having raised our own kids here, this home is family friendly with a play set in the backyard, toys and books, kid safe dishware and a pack and play. My husband Chip and I are so excited to share our home and our town with you!
