Comodo appartamento di 60 m2 affacciato da un lato su un verde parco pubblico che costeggia le antiche mura venete ed il centro città, dall’altro su un piccolo corso d’acqua. Atmosfera classica per un’accoglienza calda e familiare “a casa della zia Clara”. Cucina attrezzata, zona di lavoro con wi-fi , 2 balconi, adatto sia per una breve sosta che per un soggiorno prolungato, si trova a pochi metri dal collegamento via autobus con Milano. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

In the 95 square meters available there are: a kitchen and a living room with fireplace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
