Historic Tower with Views of the Lake and Countryside

Take in the stunning view over Lake Trasimeno. Nestled in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside, in a protected area known for its natural scenic beauty, this tower built using reclaimed materials features a private garden, barbecue, and pergola. The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September and it is shared with other our guests. The tower is created out of the restoration of an old abandoned stable situated in the centre of a small countryside hamlet called Sanguineto. This place takes its name from the famous bloody battle of 217 BC fought between the Roman army and the Carthaginian army (led by Hannibal). Today this area is classified as one of outstanding natural beauty, where traditional farming methods are still very much in evidence, the major crops being olives and wine grapes. The property have been luxuriously finished using traditional building methods and materials combined with the latest technology. It has its own independent liquid propane gas (LPG) central-heating system, with the boiler located outside the building, as well as its own electricity. A pergola, and a private garden giving out onto the surrounding landscape, offering a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno, complete the building. The tower has two floors, one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, one bathroom, private garden, and pergola. Swimming-pool. The tower and the private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, pergola with table and chairs, reserved parking space. The pool is shared with the other guests of Borgo Sanguineto. The area of Lake Trasimeno offers the opportunity to visit many medieval villages. It is also close to several historical cities, such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, Cortona, Rome, and Florence. The tower has a private parking. is advisable to have a means of transport available to move.

Nell'appartamento è disponibile WiFi, riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, lavatrice, forno, microonde, asciugacapelli e piastra.

A well-loved 16thC farmhouse situated in the midst of olives and oak trees, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room and kitchen/dinning, giving onto a large terrace and well cured garden with a private pool. 10 minutes from the famous Cortona with its summer festivals, concerts and excellent restaurants, it's perfect for family/friends to enjoy peace and quiet, while not far from the many spectacular medieval towns in the area. Supermarket, bar/cafe, trains are all easily accessed.

L'appartamento è al primo piano di una casa singola di due piani, circondata da terreno, spazio giochi per bambini e tanto verde, è molto comodo, tranquillo e il risveglio è dato dal gallo di casa. Appartamento vicino a molti punti strategici, due km dal raccordo Siena- Perugia, 30 km da Perugia e 40 km da Siena, 20 dalla vicina Cortona e anche molto comoda per raggiungere isole e la bellissima Assisi. Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo.

La casina sulle Mura with garden

La Casina è situata nella parte alta di Cortona, nella zona denominata "il Poggio". Si puo' giungere in auto fino al suo ingresso. Il Centro citta' e' raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, percorrendo strade e vicoli caratteristici. Gode di una splendida vista su Cortona e la Valdichiana. E' facile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze. Gli ospiti che giungono in treno in una delle stazioni vicine, su richiesta, possono essere prelevati e accompagnati a destinazione.

Appartamento inserito all'interno di un palazzo storico di Cortona, collocabile nel 1500, con vista sulla piazza principale della città... La nostra struttura, pur condannando la guerra, si dissocia da tutti i comportamenti razzisti verso la popolazione russa e bielorussa. A Casa del Passerino le persone di queste nazionalità sono ben accette e saranno considerate alla stregua di tutte le altre. Vi aspettiamo in Toscana!
