Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Stolywood Apartment

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.

The apartment is positioned in Dobrota, at a distance of about 100 meters from the sea line, forty minutes walk from the old town of Kotor along the coast, or just a few minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity there are city beaches, and along the coast there are taverns, restaurants, cafes and shops. The area in which the apartment is located is quiet and pleasant.

Waterfront with extraordinary view
