Great Office historic building- large family room

Large Georgian room with high ceilings & large sash window overlooking church. (Bells ring Tuesday eve & Sunday morning). Private en-suite bathroom with double ended bath & shower, Tea & coffee facilities, TV, king size bed, Daybed/sofa (extra 2 single beds). New fan added. It’s a quiet space when the church bells aren’t ringing with lots of bird singing. I provide bed linens and towels. Please let me know what bed configuration you prefer when you book. 🙏❣️ Washing machine and dryer available.

Regency Town House, Central Penzance Location

Elegant town house in quiet central location. 5 minute walk to Penzance town centre, Morrab Tropical Gardens, Penlee Gallery, historic Chapel Street and restaurants & pubs. A gentle walk takes you to the promenade and the Art Deco Jubilee Pool (with geothermal bathing pool). Newlyn with its fishing port, restaurants and pubs is a 15 minute walk along the prom. Sandy beaches such as Sennen and Porthcurno & stunning coves are within a short drive. The Train and Bus station are a 10 minute walk.

The Chimes Bed and Breakfast suite

Bed and breakfast in a beautiful location; on the edge of Porthleven a seaside village and five minutes for the coast in the car, or twenty minutes on foot. Tucked in a quiet rural location, surrounded by fields , in a cute hamlet. It is also possible to book private yoga sessions ( I am a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher) while staying at the Chimes , in my purpose built on site studio, please message and enquire if interested in booking this during your stay. Now with an electric car charger.

Light and airy, this modern granite built house is a comfortable stay near this beautiful coastline. Excellent location for walkers, climbers, kayakers, cyclists or those wanting to explore the ancient sites, coast and beaches of West Penwith. Double room with queen sized bed (small double) and option of additional pull out bed. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Walking distance to the stunning coast path and Portheras cove Pendeen has a friendly pub and small shop.

Lavender Barn, beautiful & idyllic Cornish getaway

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

10 Sandows Lane is a quintessential, cosy and traditional stone cottage. Situated in a pedestrian area and this quiet lane is just a short 10 minute walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants and galleries along with the sandy beaches and other attractions that St Ives has to offer. This cottage is an ideal base for exploring St Ives and beyond. We happily welcome up to 2 pets but please note the space limitations of the cottage.
