We are a little farm on the Brynford mountain our gates open up to 100’s of acres of land to walk,bike,horse ride & explore We enjoy the peacefulness here but with it being a farm there’s always something going on we have lots of pets for everyone to meet If you enjoy mountain biking-walking this is the place for you. You could always bring your horse if you like we have a stables available A great place for relaxing or being active. It’s our bit of paradise and we’d like to share it with you

Y Bwthyn, 3 bedroom contemporary cottage.

Y Bwthyn is a 3 bedroom contemporary cottage with south facing views over the beautiful north wales countryside. It has been fully renovated throughout, completed in late 2019 ready for the 2020 season. It sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms arranged over two floors. There are 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/diner area, spacious lounge and laundry room. To the outside there is a patio area to the rear and a courtyard area to the front with seating. There is also ample parking space.

Rurally set, converted farm Shippon sleeping 4

The Shippon, is one of three holiday cottages in our stone built, converted farm buildings. Surrounded by fields and open mountain, which can be explored from the doorstep. The cottage has high vaulted ceilings making it very light and airy but still a cosy place to stay. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table. A mezzanine level provides a perfect location for the king sized bed. Rurally located but close to the A55 giving access to the best North Wales has to offer. Car essential.

Cefn Coleshill Farm Barn

Enjoy your stay at this beautiful semi-detached stone barn conversion. Boasting a peaceful rural location, but only 1 mile from Junction 32A of the A55, makes it a perfect location for working in or exploring the North Wales Coast, Wrexham, Chester and Liverpool. Lovingly converted by the host, it sleeps 6, has 3 bedrooms and benefits from fibre WiFi, onsite parking, a patio and lawn. With a bedroom & ensuite on the ground floor it caters for those with limited mobility & younger guests.

Charming 2 bed Welsh Cottage

Newly refurbished cottage located on a quiet lane in the beautiful village of Northop. Enjoy country walks from your door step and a choice of local country pubs too. With easy access to Mold, Chester (& zoo) the North Wales coast and Eyri National Park, you can really explore all the local area can offer. The house dates back to 1800's and has been sensitively restored to keep its charm. Features two bedrooms (1 King, 1 double), bathroom, lounge, kitchen, conservatory and garden room.

Bellan Barn

The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. The barn makes an ideal touring base for our local area, is within easy reach of great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, plus the beaches/castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia/Chester.

Located less than 3 miles from the A55, 20 miles from Chester, 19 from Prestatyn.ideally situated as a hub to visit all of the north Wales beauty spots. The property is located in an elevated position with sea views-and you can see 5 counties from the roof garden. This studio flat has been fully refitted/ decorated. kitchen area, All new for 2025 new ensuite etc ,suitable for 1 or 2 guests Please keep to the left when approaching the property do not go to the right 2 night minimum stay

Quiet, semi rural location. Bars & restaurants Heswall (5 mins taxi). Access to Liverpool, Chester & North Wales. Heswall Golf Club - 2 mins away, Royal Liverpool - 15 mins drive

Please be sure that you definitely want to book, as this year we are having bookings but then they are being cancelled straight away, sorry but it is very frustrating. Need to get away and chill out with a book and a glass of wine? Then relax in this peaceful but family friendly space or do you want to go exploring beautiful North Wales with sandy beaches, castles or more adventurous activities. Or the Roman city of Chester which are all within easy access of this great base.

Relax in the beautiful log-fuelled hot tub seating up to seven people, enjoying the stunning views across Chester and the Wirral. All logs are provided for both the log fire and hot tub.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
