I recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hosts were absolutely fantastic—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even recommending a stunning restaurant that became the highlight of my trip. The accommodation itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area. I truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a memorable experience! Five stars all the way!

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

We had a great stay for 2 nights when traveling to Sicily. Barbara and Gigi were very welcoming. The house was great, it was private, clean and spacious with a great interior. Our dog could walk freely in the garden. The pool was clean and used multiple times during the day.

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Zu aller erst einmal vielen Dank an die Hosts Issa und Giovanni! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, heißen und erholsamen Urlaub in Eurer Unterkunft verbringen dürfen! Haus: Das Haus entspricht mehr dem deutschen Standard denn dem italienischen, alles top, sauber und eine Vielzahl an Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf (Messer/Löffel/Gabel/Kaffeemaschine/Toaster/Gläser/Tassen uvm.) sind vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfächern ist sehr gut! Betten und Räume waren bequem und WLAN überall erreichbar, auch am Pool! Pool: Ein riesiger (Chlor) Pool mit angenehm kühlenden Wasser, schönen und praktischen Liegen waren der Hit! Zwei Sonnenschirme, die auch optisch schick sind, hatten uns vor der Sonne geschützt. Highlight, auch wenn man heutzutage stets eine JBL Box dabei hat, die Lautsprecheranlage via Bluetooth am Pool. Mein Tipp Radio Subasio+ ;-) Umgebung: Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Hügellandschaft und ein riesiger Garten für ein selbst und oder Hund - traumhaft! Grazie mille

La villa è meravigliosa. Appena entrate ci è sembrato di essere in un piccolo paradiso privato. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e si è messo a disposizione per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole sin dai primi messaggi e poi per tutta la nostra permanenza. Veramente ospitali e proattivi, abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo problema con l’acqua calda che peró ci hanno risolto appena lo abbiamo segnalato. Consiglio di usufruire del servizio di colazione perché è stato superlativo!!!! Peccato non aver potuto usare anche la piscina per il brutto tempo 😔 torneremo di sicuro! Grazie ancora!

Der Aufenthalt bei Marta war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns sehr Willkommen. Der Strand ist ca 5-10min von der Unterkunft erreichbar. Aufgrund der Hitze kann im Pool oder in allen Zimmern, welche klimatisiert sind abgekühlt werden. Marta stellte uns ein Booklet zur Verfügung mit den wichtigsten Informationen, sowohl in Englisch wie auch italienisch.

Mara è una host attenta disponibile, generosa e accogliente. Il posto è bellissimo, molto tranquillo lontano dal caos cittadino. Un' esperienza da raccomandare

L'appartamento è davvero bellissimo, esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto, se non addirittura più bello! Una menzione speciale per l'host Giovanna: risponde immediatamente ai messaggi, è molto disponibile e ha permesso un check-out flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

Idyllische Ruhe in der Toskana mit traumhaftem Pool Die Villa Casavecchia ist ein wahres Paradies für alle, die sich nach einer Auszeit sehnen. Die grosszügige, wunderschön gestaltete Villa liegt abgelegen und bietet absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grosse Pool, der perfekt in die toskanische Landschaft eingebettet ist. Ein perfektes Hideaway

The views from this guest suite will be some of my favorite memories of Tuscany. I highly recommend going outside 30 minutes before sunrise to watch the sky change colors against the mountains while you take a deep calming breath looking across the valley below. The guest house is compact, modern, and clean. And Patrizia and her family are just next door, available and friendly if you need anything.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

La casa di cinzia si trova in una zona tranquilla da cui si raggiungono facilmente i vari punti di interesse di Arezzo e il centro congressi in particolare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la doccia comoda e il giardino rilassante. Era provvisto di tutto quello che serve non mancava proprio nulla. Speriamo di tornare ancora

Nous avons loué le logement pour un roulage sur le circuit de Misano. Le gîte se situe proche du circuit et proche de restaurants accessible à pieds. Les hôtes sont disponible et très sympathique. Le logement est fidèle à la description. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) Le cadre est idyllique. La maison est grande ainsi que la piscine. Alex et Prya sont hypers réactifs et font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Hôte et logement hautement recommandables. Que du positif. Pour les propriétaires d’un véhicule électrique, le logement dispose d’une borne domestique Tesla. Recharge de 7km par heure environ. Umbertide dispose de chargeurs rapides en face du supermarché COOP.

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

This place is amazing. We spent two weeks here and had the best time. The house is as pictured and very thoughtfully setup with all the amenities; heated pool, double dishwashers, double washing machines, great linens, plenty of hot water, etc. We had our two small children with us and the house is very well setup for kids - books, toys, cribs, changing tables. Even baby monitors and mosquito nets for the cribs! The town nearby is very quaint and we loved going to the bakery and letting our son explore the town. Anything significant (wineries, lots of restaurants, groceries, etc is >20 mins away so you certainly need a car and will do some driving). The only downside are the bugs, but you are in the country so this is to be expected. We had a hard time keeping the rooms cool because a few of the screens had rips in them so the bugs got in if we opened the windows. Anna was responsive and helpful in planning and during our stay we used the on-site contact. We want to go back!

Nous avons passé 10 jours en juillet 2024 dans ce logement avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans. Nous partageons les avis des commentaires précedents. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et surtout le grand et beau jardin sans vis-à-vis, entièrement pour nous. Elisabetta, en déplacements durant notre séjour, a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions et accueillante. Nous avons facilement visité tous les environs, tout en profitant en fin de journée de la piscine du camping voisin de l'autre coté de la route, facile d'accès et calme. Nous avons pu alterner visites touristiques et activités pour les enfants (accrobranche, piscine du camping, jeux dans le jardin, jeux du gîte...etc). Nous avons adoré utiliser la douche solaire dans le jardin au soleil couchant. Enfin, il est vrai que la circulation sur la route voisine perturbe, surtout le matin et le soir, le calme général, mais on s'y habitue finalement. Et, surtout, les excellentes prestations du logement compensent ce point !

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.
