The olive trees surround this small stone house.The house is built from natural materials.Electricity is provided by solar panels and water is naturally sourced.Situated 10 min. drive from the beach and village of Prižba.Town Blato is 3km away where you have shops,bus stop,etc.We recommend getting to the house by car.Should you require to rent a car we can provide that service.If you are looking for a beautiful view of sea,islands,with some peace and quiet feel free to make a booking. Vila M is a brand new villa on the market and works have been concluded in 2022, but with oldest cornerstone. In early 60’s well known artist Milovan Stanić created entire project by himself. His family adjusted the project to make some sort of Milovan’s contemporary sustainable museum as he wanted it to be. 4 en-suite bedrooms and 170 m2 of “closed space” is in synergy and continues with 200 m2 of terraces. The 80m2 basement is an open space gallery to honor Milovan's work.
