This in-law apartment located in the lower level of my occupied home is just moments outside of Annapolis, mere blocks from the Magothy River. I enjoy inviting guests into the space, and take pride in treating new friends like family. Come rest your weary bones in your private retreat with its own separate entrance, relaxing sunporch, and stocked kitchenette. Reach into the fridge and enjoy cold soda or a local beer on me! Entrance, access, & all indoor spaces of the unit are private, however there are often other guests and families on the first floor. There is also a STAIRCASE to the 2nd floor unit and a STAIRCASE to the loft. Please ensure this home suits your needs. The space has an open floor design with 14' cathedral ceilings for a spacious modern feel with beach-house charm. Walk 2 blocks to the beach, boardwalk, and more!
