A beautifully appointed place right by the river. Very comfy and peaceful. Highly recommend.

It was a sweet place, with a little lake and forest walk nearby, and beautiful, clean neighborhood. there were 3 buses taking us to the city center (york) so transportation wasn't an issue. The place itself was clean and cozy. The heating worked great, the TV, the hot water. She even greeted us with some snacks. Overall super enjoyable and we didn't feel like we were missing anything!

Nick was very helpful and accommodating as we weren't sure of our ETA. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs, with amenities nearby.

We had a 3 night stay at the Garden Flat. We were made very welcome and the accomodation had everything we needed. We were blessed with good weather so could make the best of the beautiful area and especially the peaceful, pretty garden. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The flat was beautifully furnished and decorated. The property was easy to find and access, as the instructions from Thomas were very clear. Private parking on the property was a big bonus. One of the best Air b&bs we’ve stayed in. Hosts were fantastic with communication and even asked what music we’d like playing for arriving. It was decorated beautifully for my husband’s birthday and they literally thought of absolutely everything, snacks, drinks and essentials. The hot tub room felt like a private spa, we will definitely be back. Thank you to Wass & Lisa for making our stay extra special!

This is a lovely home within a 15-20 walk to the centre of York. The home is clean, with all the facilities you’d expect. A double bed, a nice living area with open plan kitchen and a separate bathroom. I’d happily come here again. There are a couple of things to get used to/consider however, the shower unit is snug but doable and there are several stairs to navigate. So if you aren’t very mobile you may struggle. For everyone else this is a lovely Airbnb x

We would definitely stay in this house again, it was very easy to get into the city centre and the information that Jamie and Eden provided was really helpful. Lovely cottage close to great restaurants and pubs, as well as the dam and lovely woods. Fantastic cycling routes nearby. We particularly liked the Fox and Hounds which had live music and great food and real ale. The cottage was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Alexandra provided very clear instructions which was most helpful. Would love to return.

The house it’s self it’s unreal. I was in Leeds for my birthday so me and the lads loved the pool table in the dining area it was a perfect setup for us. Check in and check out as easy as can be. Would 100% recommend!

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

The corner cottage was the most idyllic, quintessential English cottage. You could feel the history of the building, with the exposed wooden beams and the large fireplace with the stove. Although, we found that we didn't have to use the stove at all in the end, as the temperature of the cottage was perfect. It's an ideal location, with the lovely, large Jacob Smith Park a short walk away, and a short approx 5 minute drive to the car parks in central Knaresborough, by the River Nidd. There's lots of lovely cafes and cute independent shops in Knaresbrough to visit and peruse. Georgina was an excellent host. Very approachable, friendly and responsive. I would recommend this AirBNB to anyone.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

Warm, welcoming cottage. Great location. Hot tub a bonus. Jeanette and Jim communicated well, lots advice on walks and places to eat. Very flexible with arrival time if possible. Highly recommend. Definitely be back.

Brilliant place to stay with a lovely walk into York. Modern and had everything needed, with plenty of parking in the roads next to the flat. Very clean and tidy. The ability to walk into York from the flat really stood out, the walk is about twenty mins along the pretty river Ouse. Or the National Railway Museum is about five to ten mins away, which is a brilliant place to visit. Would recommend Sule’s flat and am already missing it and York!

Sophie's flat is perfect, just beautiful 👌 Really peaceful location with an easy and lovely walk into the centre of Ripon. Ripon itself is fantastic, much more to do and see than we expected. An all-round wonderful holiday!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at April's place as part of a longer journey. The annexe is cosy and welcoming, with a very comfortable bed. April had thoughtfully left plenty of breakfast supplies in the kitchen. Highly recommended.

Firstly Masham is such a beautiful market town, it’s like you have stepped right back in time to C18th, save that there’s a chippy round the corner and some great bakeries and cafes. Jack and Abigail’s wee studio is perfect if like me you want a couple of days of absolute peace. It was spotless, private, safe and had everything I needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. Sue

We had a lovely stay, so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The apartment was perfect and it’s ideal for parents with Uni age children staying in Headingley. James Baillie Park is walking distance.

From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by my wonderful hosts. After a tour of the apartment I settled in immediately, feeling at home and very relaxed. The kitchen and utility room are well appointed with everything you could want (plus treats for canine & humans, throws, dog beds and towels etc.), the cosy living room has a VERY comfortable sofa, dining table/chairs and a cabinet full of things to entertain every member of your family (including your dog!). The king sized bed is very comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere, guaranteed to enhance sweet dreams. The bathroom is wonderful-not only is the shower a generous size but is lovely and powerful but the whole bathroom has plenty of space and is very cosy with plush towels a plenty! I didn’t try out the spa bath but it is available for people who prefer baths instead. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Sue and Kevin’s apartment (not forgetting to mention their two lovely labradors)

Chris’ place is great! Very clean and uncluttered. The spiral stair is very steep! It was a short walk down hill to the town which is beautiful. Very picturesque! The views from the windows of the property are mostly of fields but lovely to see the trees. You can also see the church from the bedroom window. The road to town is very busy and fast, but it is short and when in the property you can’t hear it.

We loved how Tracy's place is walkable from the train station as well as the sights in York. Modern, clean, stylish interior-loved the rain shower in bath. Great decor/artwork. Comfortable beds, nice terrace, responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!
