While it might be a bit busier on summer evenings, it adds a lively atmosphere that enhances your stay. Perfect for nature enthusiasts and sailors alike.

Enjoy in our small romantic, robinson,fisherman cottage in touristic bay Magrovica, nature park Telašćica. Only 3km away from the center of Sali. The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower. In the kitchen there is no hot water.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

This charming holiday home is located in the quiet village of Rastane Donje, surrounded by nature and only 3 km away from the nearest beach. Spacious outdoor area provides a large fenced garden filled with olive groves, your private swimming pool with a hydro massage function and a children's area with a trampoline.
