Beautiful view of the sea and neighboring islands. Quiet environment with very comfortable climate. Near two restaurants with very tasty seafood specialties, as well as a shop with daily necessities, post office and tourist board Zman. City beach with a nice entrance to the sea. Žman is located in the bay called Žmančica, surrounded by hills Gračine , Veliki Slotnjak and Mali Slotnjak. It is mentioned in the 13th century under the name Mezano, and from that time dates the parish church of St. John, while in the vicinity of the village there are sites from the prehistoric era. Peaceful stay, watching the beautiful sunsets and amazing panoramic view! There is no house or street parking!(we can recommend a spot) We are located, in the center of Sibenik, on a hill. We are a short walk down the hill, to the old city. We are near three of the fortress', beach Banj, the St. James Cathedral, and many other cultural sites.

Our loft was created to enjoy. We pay attention to every detail and most of them are unique and tailor-made. The loft has an exit to the huge private terrace with lots of greenery and fantastic view. This condo has two quality AC , one is in living area and the other in the bedroom. You will feel like you are far from the city crowd., but you are just a few steps away from the heart of the city.
