This is for a 1 bedroom guest suite with a private separate entry to our lovely home. One queen bed and one queen sofa bed. We are 12 min to the Baltimore Airport, 13 min to Ft. Meade, 23 min to the inner harbor, 25 min to Annapolis, and 50 min to DC—last house on a safe and quiet street. 4 GUESTS Maximum overnight. No SMOKING in or on the property grounds please. With over 2,200 sq. ft., it's a perfect environment for wedding venue preparations, family and friend reunions. Please don't exceed maximum number of twelve (12) guests at any one time in the house, during the day; or ten (10) staying the night in the house.
