Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Find Yourself 2 - Sikia

Welcome to "Find Yourself 2", just a 3-minute drive from the beautiful Sykia beach in Sithonia. Perfect for 5 (+1) guests aged 15+, this spacious apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (no-oven), modern shower, washing machine, smart TVs (32" & 42"), air conditioning, and fast Starlink internet. Enjoy outdoor meals under the shaded kiosk or use the private BBQ in the yard. Includes an extra bed and storage room. (Notes: Tap water is not drinkable / Events may allowed, ask!)

Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Είμαστε η Έφη και η Νατάσα. Οι γονείς μας, Ελευθέριος και Μαρία, (από όπου προέρχεται και το όνομα EleMar ), αγάπησαν βαθιά αυτό το μέρος . Μια αγάπη που κατάφεραν να την μεταδώσουν και σε εμάς. Ετσι δημιουργήσαμε το ΕleMar Home με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και την ελάχιστη όπως θα διαπιστώσετε ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση. Μπορείς να απολαύσεις το ρόφημα ή το γεύμα σου κάτω από τη σκιά των δέντρων, παρέα με το κελάηδισμα των πουλιών. Η τοποθεσία συνδυάζει βουνό, θάλασσα και πολύ πράσινο.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The apartment is fully equipped with furniture and kitchen equipment. It's located in an excellent area, only 100m from one beach (in Thalatta camp) and 400m from Kalamitsi beach, which is ideal for families and couples for a peaceful stay.

House Elea is a unique summer house of 35sq.m with a large private garden of about 1500sq.m. full of olive trees. It combines a modern, elegant design with traditional architecture and offers all amenities needed for a comfortable stay during the summer. It is located at the southern part of Sithonia Chalkidiki, in the village of Kalamitsi, just 120m. from the sea.
