Villa Aτos is a sea front villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the most picturesque village of Kefalonia named Assos. This small village is a hidden, artistically beautiful place that will provide you with a very relaxing experience and is worth visiting! The villa has 3 levels. On the first level there are two master bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the second level you can find the living room, one bathroom, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining area with amazing sea views. On the third level there is a bathroom and two bedrooms.

This lovely four bedroom villa with breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea is located in the traditional village of Stavros, a hidden gem in northern Ithaca. A cool, comfortable and clean space with free wifi, two balconies and a big terrace. Here you live among olive tree hills and hiking trails – close to all attractions on the island. It's a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Ionian Sea, Polis Bay Beach, and the main square of Stavros with cafes, restaurants and markets.

Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

De villa heeft een eigen toegangsweg met poort. De begane grond heeft een volledig ingerichte keuken en een eetkamertafel voor 8 personen, een woonkamer met open haard en een gastentoilet. Op de begane grond zijn 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer met ligbad. Via een trap naar boven bereik je de andere 2 slaapkamers; ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en toilet. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen terras met een zitje. Halverwege de week wordt de villa schoongemaakt en het bedlinnen verwisseld.
