we had a lovely stay , place is cozy and in a safe neighborhood. would recommend this to anyone and will be one of my colombo places when ever I visit. host was friendly and easy to communicate. thank you

i booked the place like at the airport just before take off and Ranjith has been ever so helpful. I mean, short notice, and he managed it well! the check in was flawless. the place was mesmerizing he made sure he got us some water and milk and tea fresh so we can relax a bit! his recommendation throught the time was amazing. the cherry on the cake was, he allowed us to extend our stay and didn't charge a penny. thanks Ranjith, amazing experience

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in central Colombo . The apartment was modern with all amenities, and clean, exactly as it apears in pictures. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel just like home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunset view over Colombo, which we enjoyed. The location was central and the security was excellent, giving us peace of mind . Our host, Nayani, was very responsive and the caretaker also greeted us with genuine warmth . Although we only stayed for one night, it was a very comfortable and memorable experience and we are sure to come back.

Suggestion, change main door lock and install 9000btu AC for leaving area.

Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend Kinkini Bandaragama

We enjoyed the house very much! It was such a luxury place with everything we needed and the swimming pool and the gym was nice one too! I would recommend this house to anyone for sure!

Such a secluded and peaceful location. The rooms are huge and the pool is great. It's a perfect place to switch off and enjoy nature - we saw monkeys, chipmunks, and no end of birds, including a huge eagle that would perch in the tree above the garden. Malan and his wife looked after us well (but were never overbearing) and Malan was always on hand to run us to the beach or shops in his tuktuk. Thanks also to Andrew who was very quick to respond to any queries. This is a hidden gem at a great price.

I experienced a excellent stay at Sudam's place. Sudam was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was nice, clean, and well-maintained. It was equipped with every essential item, including a washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, TV, water dispenser, clothes rack, hair dryer. Everything was properly cleaned and well-maintained. I reached well past midnight and Sudam was there to welcome me to ensure my stay is comfortable. Sidam also allowed me to checkout a bit late as my flight was late at night, which was very helpful. This place is just walkable distance from Colombo-Kaduwela main road and Thalehene bus stop. I used public transport for most of my visits to Colombo, so it was very conformatable to me. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are available just in walking distance. I would highly recommended for everyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Baththaramulla-Thalahena area.
