Little House By the Lake

This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, full kitchen, washer, dryer, games, gas fire pit, deck, deck by the lake, dock, tall trees, and tranquility. Near the south end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. THE HOUSE HAS A FAINT CIGARETTE SMELL. FEW NOTICE. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE ANY SORT OF SMOKE SENSITIVITIES.

Vineyard Hideaway w/ Hot Tub, Fire Pit, & Grill

This charming couples retreat has it all with no cleaning fees! Here you can escape to your own private oasis complete with a beautiful vineyard and huge porch to kick back and enjoy the slow life. Take time to relax in the rocking chairs, hammock, or hot tub, or venture out to the fire pit or picnic table. Come back in and cozy up in front of the fireplace while watching your favorite shows. Firewood is provided for the fire pit & fireplace as well as lighter fluid and charcoal for the BBQ pit.

Waterfront relaxation directly on Lake Palestine in East Texas. Fish, boat, paddle board, kayak, or spend the day swimming and floating directly off the private dock. Or unwind and enjoy the view from the large deck overlooking the lake. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable lake vacation. Great bird and boat watching. Get away from the crowds in our well equipped home on the lake! There is something special about being on the lake, and we would love to share our property with you.

Spacious 1-Bedroom Guesthouse in the Woods

This property is close to south Tyler and located in an upscale and beautifully wooded neighborhood just outside of town. You will love this spacious 1105 sq foot guesthouse with 10' and 11' ceilings throughout. A major shopping mall, food stores and fast food restaurants are all within just a few miles once you drive out of this secluded neighborhood. Safe streets for walking or jogging. Enjoy the peaceful and serene surroundings where you will never hear city noises to disturb your stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the piney woods of east Texas. Cabin is typically quiet but road construction is by the property currently. Sits on the edge of a cow pasture where cows moo(DO NOT FEED, they’re large and can hurt you, NOT RESPONSIBLE for people who have messed with cows.) Also has a pond with ducks that quack. (You’re welcome to feed them by the fence.) *No dishwasher, if allergic to Gain febreeze plug-in contact owner prior to arrival.

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Lake Athens Experience

Beautiful view of spring fed beautiful Lake Athens from the front porch. A little slice of paradise to relax and enjoy. Watch the abundent deer stroll through this scenic quiet neighborhood. At the end of the street is the marina which hosts fabulous dining and boat ramp or walk to the Texas Parks Freshwater Fishery for a tour and fishing. Wifi and cable TV now available.
