Comfy 3BHK Villa Near Temples & Wedding Halls!

We travelled from Bangalore to visit some of the temples and to see they Theyyam festival. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was serene and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the spacious driveway could park at least three cars or serve as a play area for kids. The dining area was spacious and comfortably seated six. The kitchen was the highlight, well-equipped for a traveling family, allowing us to cook baby food and make tea for aged parents. The bedrooms were well-furnished with fresh linens and efficient air conditioning. Nearby, there were medical stores, supermarkets, grocery stores, small hotels, and juice centers within walking distance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and recommend it for families or groups of 6 to 8 people.

Nice beautiful house located away from the city and in a very peaceful location. The host and his mother was always responsive, friendly and ensured that our stay was memorable. The host arranged the transportation for our local sight seeing. The rooms were neat and clean and exactly matched the description. Nice place to stay.

A wonderful place to stay with friends and family. The hospitality was excellent, and everyone was very cooperative. Mr. Ramesh took great care of us and made sure all our needs were met. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Nandakishore as well. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere truly felt like home

The Matsya House -Island Retreat

How do you describe a place like this in words? If you're looking for a place that looks like paradise? Stop searching and go here. The name cocoland makes total sense. When you enter it you immediately feel the island vibe. Doc and his 4 dog buddies are the reason that makes the place even more magical. He's willing to tell you everything about the island and the Indian traditions like Theyyam and Kalaripayattu. Also willing to answer all your questions, especially the ones about coconuts; he's the coconut master. And he gave us an inside look into the real Kerala. We stayed in the Matsya house; it was cozy, comfy and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures on air bnb. You can really see his artistic influence in the house. Besides all of this; the served food prepared by a chef is so finger-licking delicious, 3 times a day you feel like you're in heaven. We'll definitely come back for some liming, nalla. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming heritage property hosted by the warm and welcoming Sahil and Sobha. Their hospitality was exceptional, and the highlight was undoubtedly the delicious home-cooked meals they prepared with love. The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain. The heritage elements in the décor were captivating, making the stay an unforgettable blend of tradition, art, and nature. Washroom is clean with hot water and other amenities. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and essential consumables, compact dining arrangement. Inverter & ironing facility also available. Near to Bakel fort and beaches. Thrikkannapuram Thriambakeswara temple. On the bank of Bakel river. Cultivated coconut, arecanut & other fruit plant. An upcoming farm is a good view. Complementary breakfast is served, lunch & dinner to be managed by the guests. Nearby restaurant contacts are made available at the villa. Hospitality is fantastic throughout the stay and reachable over phone at any time for any assistance.

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks

A Rustic Escape with Breathtaking Views If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. Tucked in a remote village, it offers stunning views of the beach on one side and backwaters on the other. We were lucky enough to spot a dolphin in the sea, a highlight of our stay. The accommodation is rustic and simple, with no Wi-Fi or modern amenities, perfect for a digital detox. The food, homemade by Mr. Mohanan and his wife, Divya, was a treat—each meal felt like a warm, local experience. Lt. Col. Sudhir was a fantastic host, offering great tips on local temples and hidden beaches we’d never have found on our own. It’s a quiet, off-grid retreat where you can truly unwind and enjoy nature. If you're after peace, stunning views, and a chance to disconnect, I highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at DAIRA Art Residency! The property looks exactly like the photos—beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. A special shoutout to the host, Mr. Atul, who was extremely friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. His hospitality truly stood out. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and look forward to staying here again in the future!

I stayed with Katia for 3 months and I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The rooftop cabin oasis was just as described, an oasis and a peaceful place to sit, contemplate life and watch the birds and other wildlife and listen to the sounds of nature 😁 I also enjoyed early morning sunrise yoga on the roof. The rest of the house was very clean and tidy and the kitchen very well equipped. A good location to see different areas in Kannur and always helpful tips and recommendations from Katja. Katja has a huge heart which matches her smile and a warm, friendly, personable and welcoming nature. I really felt at home in Katja's home and would highly recommend either room whether for a short or long stay. I was lucky enough to sample the delicious mangoes from the tree at the front of the house! 😋 Thank you so much Katja for everything 🙏🏽🥰

Our stay with Naveen’s family was the highlight of our two-month journey in India. Hospitality often comes from training and business strategies to earn good reviews, but sometimes, it comes straight from the heart—and that’s exactly the case with Naveen and his family. We spent most of our time with his mother, whom we soon started calling ‘Aunty.’ The food was incredible, but more than just its taste, it was the love and care she poured into cooking and serving it that made every meal special. Naveen was always available, answering our questions and ensuring all our needs were met. If you’re looking for a true homestay experience and a glimpse into daily life in India, this is the place to be.

The Coastal Paradise River Side Resort

Excellent propeety and aesthetic location. Easy to get in. No restaurant available inside, but there are good restaurants nearby and they will provide home delivery too. Mr. Janardhan is keeping the property always clean and neat and he is always available for any helps. In total it was an awesome stay.
