Home is on a quiet cul-de-sac; no neighbors behind. Private lanai from the Florida room. Tile and granite countertops throughout; Stainless steel appliances; sleeper sofa in the LR. 4 person gas golf cart also included. Sorry, hot tub not included. Dog friendly! Just a few minute golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, banks, and the most popular town squares of Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs! Home has new plank floors, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. King size bed in the master with private bathroom and TV. Queen size bed in the 2nd guest bedroom with TV. Full sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom with desk. Home includes a 4 person gas golf cart!

Magical village oasis/golf cart

This beautiful and clean vacation rental in The Villages is in a prime location near Lake Sumter Landing. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet & use of a new electric cart. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai, free guest passes to use at the many close pools and rec centers, optional golf passes (fee). 1 bdrm w/ king bed and equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people.

Located in the village of Buttonwood, this cozy, fully furnished home is about 5 mins away from Lake Sumter Landing,which is perfect for great food and happy hour. This home is spacious, sunny, and comes full equipped with a TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and a golf cart. The master bedroom has a private bathroom walk in closet, as well as a king -sized bed.
