Charming Hillside Country Home

This beautiful mid-century house was designed and built by my father. My husband’s parents, Amy and Bob, bought it from my parents’ estate and renovated it. It is filled with light, books and original art. Being inside feels like being outside. It is furnished much as it was when my in-laws moved out, with many of Amy’s paintings. It is not a new or fancy house, but it is authentic and quite a splendid example of mid-century architecture! I hope that you love it as much as I love to share it!

As you enter this completely updated space you’ll be welcomed by the cozy living room and open concept design. Two large bedrooms both with comfy queen beds, quality sheets & pillows will have you sleeping like a baby. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to feel at home, including a coffee bar with coffee & teas for you to enjoy. Outdoor seating area and 2 car covered parking as well.

Room for the whole family in this 3 bed, 2.5 bath home with 2 separate living rooms. Fully stocked with all the necessities! Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood about 2.5 miles from Ross-Ade and Mackey. 1/2 mile from Walmart, Meijer grocery, and many restaurants. Privacy fenced back yard with gas grill and fire pit. Accessibility: This is a 2 story home. All 3 bedrooms and both full baths are located upstairs. The half bath (no shower) and sleeper sofa are located on the main floor.

The Rayburn House is one of the county’s few remaining examples of a single log-pen house. The front cabin is c. 1834 and a gable front style and the rear cabin is c. 1890. You'll love our cozy cabin with all it's rustic features while enjoying the modern upgrades within. 2 queen beds and a day bed with trundle will comfortably sleep 6. The large eat in kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs, whether your stay short or extended. Located just 15 miles from Purdue University!

The Rock House in Delphi - Rock Solid. Charm.

The historic Rock House is full of the character and charm of a classically-styled bungalow — window seats, a rock fireplace, and artfully designed living areas. Furnished for comfort, certain to charm. Guests can enjoy relaxing with cocktails, cooking in a fully furnished kitchen, or using a tandem bike to explore the neighborhood. Fido is welcome too. Enjoy a walk through the town park located only 0.8 mi away or a swim at their town pool located a couple steps from the park. This house is also located 27 miles for Purdue University and Ross-Ade Stadium.
