We were so lucky to be able to stay in such a beautiful place! The beds were comfy, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful... it was a lovely escape from the busy, city-center. We LOVED the use of the kitchen and the deck just off the kitchen. Hein was so good to have bikes available for us. There is little available directly near the home but a 10 minute bike ride along the lovely road and over the bridge gets you to all you could want. We were sad to leave our Amsterdam home and will hope Hein's home is available when we return.

Nieuw luxe appartement Ouderkerk

Gezellig ingericht en rustig appartment langs de rivier, mooi gelegen net buiten Ouderkerk a/d Amstel. Voor ons een uitkomst omdat ons huis verbouwd werd en we enige tijd vervangende woonruimte zochten. Sterke punten zijn: een moderne badkamer, volledig ingerichte keuken. Daarnaast extra slaapruimte in de woonkamer voor wanneer onze kinderen wilden logeren. Ruimte voor parkeren op eigen terrein, en fietsen bij het huis inbegrepen. Ciska was altijd bereid ons te helpen maar respecteerde onze privacy. Zeer aanbevolen!

Stedet ligger tæt på busstoppet der tager en ind til en større by hvor man kan tage metroen ind til Amsterdam. Hun havde cykler til rådighed så det hele gik super nemt. Stedet er perfekt, alt er helt nyrenoveret og der er dejligt roligt. Jeg ville helt klart anbefale denne Airbnb til alle der vil ind og se Amsterdam, men stadig have en rolig lejlighed udenfor Amsterdams mange besøgende

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Stare a casa di Dana e Rotem è come stare a casa propria! Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, sia per lo spazio accogliente che per la gentilezza degli host. Non solo la casa era molto pulita e ordinata mA in casa c'erano anche tutte le occorrenze di prima necessitá. Acqua potabile, caffe, thè, spezie, olio, stoviglie pulite, candele, asciugamani insomma tutto perfetto. Grazie e continuate cosi!

Cary et Zoe sont des hôtes rares, à la fois discrets, proactifs et réactifs, sensibles aux requêtes des voyageurs, avec une foultitude de petites attentions qui ne pourront que vous ravir. Le logement qu'ils nous ont loué était juste parfait à tout point de vue, tant pour un court que pour un moyen séjour. Si vous souhaitez aller visiter Amsterdam et ses alentours, c'est LE pied à terre à adopter sans réserve.

Unique Tiny Art house near Amsterdam

Unsere sechs Tage im Tiny House waren unvergesslich schön! Wir haben die Umgebung und Abgeschiedenheit fernab der lauten und stressigen Innenstadt von Amsterdam genossen und unternahmen viele Spaziergänge und Fahrradausflüge. Wenn wir doch mal Dinge in der Amsterdamer Innenstadt machen wollten, war es immer recht unkompliziert dorthin zu gelangen. Suzanne und Roger sind äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation mit ihnen verlief stets schnell und unkompliziert. Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln und können abschließend sagen, dass dies mir Abstand die beste Airbnb Erfahrung war, die wir bisher hatten. Wir werden diesen Urlaub lange in unseren Köpfen und Herzen bewahren. Vielen Dank, Suzanne & Roger!

We checked in late evening and Ilam was there to show us around plus make us feel instantly welcome and at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well kitted out with all that we needed to make it feel like home from home. There is a really comfy bed and great shower plus the kitchen is equipped with all that we needed to be self catering. We found the nearby supermarket very well stocked and adequately catered for our Vegan requirements. Our hosts were very thoughtful too with some lovely welcoming touches to make our stay feel extra special , thank you both so much for the cold beers and bottle of wine which we enjoyed whilst sitting in the pretty and private outdoor space which overlooked a Japanese garden and fields beyond that. The apartment is in a beautifully quiet and leafy neighbourhood with some lovely countryside walks locally yet within easy reach of Amsterdam and other tourist locations via a nearby bus link. Thank you both so much for a memorable stay.

We loved staying at Jeremy and Ingrid's airbnb. Jeremy welcomed us and helped us get checked in. The house was very modern, beautiful, and clean. We love a home cooked meal and it was lots of fun cooking in the kitchen. There were a few small restaurants in the area and lots of grocery stores within a few minutes by car. We planned to take the train to explore Amsterdam and ended up using Uber because it was very affordable ($16) and quick. I'd recommend packing some house shoes to keep your feet warm but other than that we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.

Le logement est lumineux, spacieux, moderne, confortable et propre. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, face à une petite aire de jeux pour enfants (avec une table de ping-pong). Une belle terrasse (avec 3 lapins) donne sur un canal apportant encore une touche bucolique et chaleureuse à la maison qui n'en manque pas... Le tout à proximité d'un métro (15 minutes à pied) conduisant en 10 minutes à Amsterdam ; arrêt de plus très bien desservi ! Stéphanie est de plus accueillante, serviable et réactive. Nous sommes vraiment enchantés de ce choix de logement qui présentait toutes les qualités que nous recherchions ! Nous y avons passé un beau séjour !

Staying at Xavier and Catherine's home has been really great - the house is even more beautiful than the photos make it to be, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It's in close proximity to the Duivendrecht train/metro station which makes it very convenient to get around the city. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in Amsterdam.

De très beaux espaces, agréables et confortables, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour démarrer le séjour à notre arrivée. Calme, très bien localisé dans un bel environnement. La terrasse est superbe. Nous avons adoré ce logement. Merci à Maura pour son gentil et souriant accueil.

Nous sommes très content de notre séjour chez Pascale. Pour un séjour au calme, pas trop loin du centre d amsterdam (30 minute porte à portes de la gare centrale), dans une maison propre, grande, agréable, et qui a de la personnalité, vous êtes au bon endroit. Les chats sont gentils et nous avons eu un excellent contact avec Pascale. On y serait bien resté une semaine de plus..😁

Strongly Reccomed this place. Elke's house is amazing place for not only taking a vacation with pecefull and cozy, but also going to the central of Amsterdam with easy and fast. The kithen is wonderful and well organized with fancy cooking tools that I defenetlly know that the host loves cooking. It seems that the house is not for the place just for lending like as a hotel , but for the place for living, so it is warm and peacefull. Beds are soft and nice and everything is well organized. The best point I can strongly recommand the house is the host, Elke. She is very kind and deep open minded. She prepared lovely flowers for us to welcome and perfectly organized follow up help paper how wa can use the house with the best which mostly the best thing I have ever gotten. It is defnetly sure that everyone love this house.

Top accommodatie, smaakvol ingericht, heerlijk licht modern huis. De gastvrije ontvangst van Nina en Arno samen met de heerlijke koffiebonen en het flesje wijn maakte het warme welkom helemaal af. Mijn zoontje heeft zich fantastisch kunnen vermaken met de spullen en speelgoed van hun dochter Tedje, erg fijn dat we daar gebruik van mochten maken. De communicatie verliep altijd snel en soepel, Nina is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis bevind zich in een prachtige natuurrijke omgeving aan de rand van Amsterdam, zou zeker nog een keer terug willen komen in de zomerperiode! Kortom, erg prettig verblijf, zeker aan te bevelen.
