À very nice studio on the Amstel river, 5 km from Amsterdam center. 1 bedroom, beautifull hammam style bathroom, kitchen/livingroom with a big fireplace and a Viking stove. Big garden with lounge area. On walking distance there are Restaurants in the beautifull village Oudekerk aan de Amstel, statue of Rembrandt van Rijn, beautifull windmill, Cheese farm and more... It is also possible to rent the boat to go down town. Transportation is available. We will be very pleased to have you as our guests!

Het ruime appartement van 65m2 is voorzien van alle gemakken en ligt heerlijk beschut, op de eerste etage met eigen opgang en met het mooiste uitzicht van de hele boerderij! Fijne bedden met knisperend fris beddengoed. Keuken met kookplaat, kleine koelkast, vaatwasser. Badkamer met ruime inloopdouche, waskommen, wc. De living is licht en biedt spectaculair uitzicht op rivier, molen en groen.

Reach in a few min’ walk: - 5’ wallk (n.5 or 25) to Zuid station or Museum plein, Leidseplein, Jordan, Pijp and stops all the way to central station through centre (total time 30’) - 15’ walk, Amsterdamse Bos or Amstel park and river and windmill. By bike - 20’ to Museum plein - 20’ Oudekerk/ Amstelveen with its cherry blossom and restaurants and typical village - Oudekerkeplats - Vinkelveen - middle polder with its fauna - Amstel river banks (gorgeous walk to Oudekerk and Amstellande area)

I designed my space with Japanese and Scandinavian design principles: lots of natural recycled wood, white walls, bright primary colours, and cosy spaces to spend time reading. The apartment is situated in a green area, and yet is just five minutes cycle to Station Zuid, a major train and metro station that enables you to travel easily through Amsterdam and the Netherlands.

White Clogs House is the perfect home for families and couples who love being close to nature, yet still want to stay near the city center. The house features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
