Luxury Houseboat Amsterdam, free parking

This houseboat is 180m2 and situated in a magical spot. You stay in a green area, but still conveniently located when you want to see the main Amsterdam attractions. Being moored south of the central part of the city, you reach within 10 minutes by bike the busy streets of A'dam with all its facilities. Nearest public transport is a 18 min. walk. To reach the houseboat you first have a short path through the woods leading to its garden in front of the houseboat. it is our own boat where we live.

Coachhouse, in nature only 5 km from Amsterdam

Our coachhouse is build around 1800, under the smoke of Amsterdam. This neighbourhood was the favorite place off Rembrandt to go painting! Rai Adam is 5 km. By bike, car, bus, metro. Or even walking . Our house has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sink. The conservatory warms up with a small sun, with good weather you can have view on the Dutch cows. The supermarket is 1 km. Our beds are not made up, you can bring the sheets or order them from us. free parking on our propertyfor 2 cars.

The House is in Amsterdam East Tram, Metro and Train within 5 Minutes walk, 25 Minutes to the Centre Its a quite Neighborhood with a Lake, so u have a perfect sleep. Private (free) Parking Space (normally 5 € per Hour) Wifi + 58 inch Television (Netflix + 100 Intern. Ch.) You don´t need to bring: Towels, Bed Sheets, Shampoo, Shower Gel, Coffee/Tea, Fan, Iron, Charging Cables (Samsung + Apple) and a Power Bank U can use the Kitchen (with Coffee Machine+Water Kettle), Living Room+Garden

Countryside apartment near Amsterdam

Please note: I completely renovated the house recently. It has been split into two apartments. The apartment downstairs is for rent. It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

Utrecht en Amsterdam op slechts 15 min rijden. Wandel Klompenpaden dwars door de natuur starten om de hoek en sup- en kanoroutes direct vanaf de vlonder. Vanuit het huis duik je zo in de plas in. Single-family house (15m cycling center Amsterdam)

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

Historische Veenhut op de plas

Op slechts 20 minuten rijden van Amsterdam bevind je jezelf volledig in de natuur, op een eiland in de Vinkeveense Plassen. Deze hut is de enige turfhut die nog op de plassen staat uit de tijd van het turfsteken. De veenstekers legden het turf te drogen in deze hut en bleven er ook slapen. Tijdens WOII verbleef het verzet in deze hut en na WOII deed de hut ook dienst als 'kerk' voor de vissers die daar naar de mis gingen. De veenhut is compleet gerestaureerd voor 6-8 personen.

Kruithuis aan de Amstel, 5 km to Amsterdam center.

“Kruithuis aan de Amstel” ligt vlakbij Amsterdam, een sfeervol, authentiek pand. Zeer geschikt voor families en zakelijke reizigers. Gratis parkeren, op 15 minuten rijden vanaf vliegveld Schiphol. Conferentiecentrum RAI en de Ziggo Dome om de hoek. Het Kruithuis is gelegen in een historisch pand dat in 1918 werd gebouwd voor de opslag van munitie. Geniet van de natuur, de rust en de rivier de Amstel. Op slechts 15 min rijden/20 min fietsen van bruisend Amsterdam.

Very light and childfriendly familyhome with recently renovated garden. Perfect for families. Situated in small village near Amsterdam. The house is located opposite a small park. Public transport to Amsterdam and Utrecht available at 2 min walk from this home. You will reach the city center in 30 minutes. Supermarket at 1 min walk. The village has an old village center, a lake to visit, an outdoor pool in spring and summertime and much nice restaurants!
