→ Cozy house with garden ✿ near city center ❤

Cozy house with 3 bedrooms, a garden, 5 minutes walk from the train station and city center. Newly renovated with a lot of natural light, but still has some original features like the stained glass sliding doors and the wooden floor. It contains everything you need for a couple of days of holiday or work trip; large wooden dining table, tv, comfortable couch, spacious bedroom, bathroom. Within 30 min. to Amsterdam Central Station with public transport and 30 min. by car (P&R RAI Amsterdam)

Luxe appartement met dakterras

We hebben een comfortabel en modern huis op de veemarkt in Utrecht. Perfect om Utrecht/Nederland te ontdekken. De bovenste twee verdiepingen zijn beschikbaar voor de verhuur. Wat kan je verwachten? Je deelt de voordeur en trappenhuis met ons gezin. Twee trappen omhoog en daar vind je twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met douche. Op de bovenste verdieping heb je een open keuken, woonkamer en prachtig dakterras tot je beschikking. Je kan je eigen ruimte afsluiten door middel van een schuifdeur.

Sand Appartment, op 100 meter van het strand.

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Mooie duinen en bossen met fiets- en wandelroutes bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. Uw host helpt u graag met nadere informatie.

Dutch Urban Jungle! peaceful space in a busy city

Surround yourself with 100+ plants in this urban jungle. You will have a mini lion (cat) to protect you, sunshine throughout the day, and lots of inspiration for optimizing a green city life. Walk 1 minute to the neighborhood park (with chickens!) or 15 minutes walking to Utrecht Centraal station or city center. And If you would rather stay in, there are many games, art supplies, and a hammock to keep your mind at peace I'll have bikes for you & can maybe take you on a lil tour! xx Ellie

Special town house with a modern private garden.

Deze letterlijk midden in Nederland gelegen accommodatie is smaakvol ingericht. In 30 minuten in Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam of Utrecht. Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

Lovely 3 Bedroom Cornerhouse & Parking on Premises

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom house is located on the edge of Royal Baarn. A lovely corner house on a spacious plot of 230 m2 with private parking space for two cars out front and a 16 m deep sunny garden with a veranda out back. The house is located in a child-friendly area with playgrounds, lots of green and shops within walking/cycling distance. Amazingly, the town center and highways to the Netherlands’ major cities are easy and quick to reach. It’s a perfect home for all.

This 15th-century historic monument is idyllically located at the canal in the fairytale-like old town of Utrecht. Equipped with modern amenities and attention to interior design, our place comes with great features (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room incl. wood stove, cozy balcony). Highlights of Utrecht are in walking distance (Dom 5min, Oudegracht 1m, Central Station 15m, Wilhelminapark 10m) and a great variety of restaurants, bars & museums are nearby

Fully furnished apartment on the Prinsengracht

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.
