That is easy to do from this house. A walk to the central station takes ten minutes, the entire city center is within walking distance. The house has a roof terrace with a view over the old city.

All sights are within walking distance from this centrally located house. It is a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. We live above a restaurant, so you don't even have to leave for a nice meal and drinks. The house is well isolated, so there is no noise pollution. The house is spacious and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, air conditioning, shower and bath). We have just renovated, so everything is new and neat. We don't have pets, so you won't suffer from allergies.

You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.
