This home is centrally located within a short distance to multiple fishing locations, tributaries such as Orwell and Trout Brook, the snowmobile trail or our village. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts or a family looking to get away. Relax on the deck or around a fire and enjoy the peaceful countryside. 2 BR Private Home, fully furnished nr Lake Ontario

Escape to the Lake!! Bright and cozy, quiet setting, private road. 15' right of way access to Lake Ontario only 300 yards away. The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes. Large grassy lot. Large deck off the kitchen for cookouts with Adirondack chairs and several tables for your portable gas grill. Have a campfire and make S'mores! Dish Network provided and adequate cellular reception. We are far enough off the paved roads that it is very private, the trade-off is, there is no Internet.

ON the Salmon River! - Unit A

Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. This listing is for "Unit A" which is the main part of the house. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.

It does list 6 but you are able to sleep more especially with kids. This is pet friendly. what your pet leaves please pick up. Close to the speedway. Quiet neighborhood. BBQ Grill and utensils provided. Fire pit and setting area in the back with wood to purchase. Stay for a few nights or a few months.
