Il mio alloggio è in una corte privata, vicinissimo alla piazza di Cordenons. La fermata del bus che porta in centro a Pordenone e in fiera è davanti all'appartamento. Finemente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort. Connessione internet e Netflix. Ingresso indipendente. Disposto su un piano, non ci sono scalini. Spazio esterno per fumare. Parcheggio riservato nella corte. Soggiorno minimo 2 notti. Curo personalmente la pulizia dei locali. Eseguo make up/trucco per serate e occasioni speciali.

Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

At EZ Flower, we dedicated a flower to each room (Peonies, Irises, and Daffodils), inspired by the nature of the parks that decorates three of Italy's most beautiful villages: *Burovich Garden (Sesto al Reghena) *Villa Freschi/Piccolomini Park (Cordovado) *Palazzo Altan/Rota Garden (S. Vito al Tagliamento), of which the apartment is located at the center. EZ Flower has private parking and entrance. We hope our guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
