Modern and luxury apartment by the sea "Orsan"

Enjoy long walks by exploring the nearby beaches and walking trails. Later, look out to sea from the spacious terrace and plan the next day's trips. The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. To our dear future guests, we are fully at your disposal for any question or help you might need. We will certainly do our best to make your vacation pleasant and delightful. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, market, cafes, and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

Azure - seafront 2 bdr apt with balcony + garden

Styled with a Mediterranean influence, this comfortable, generously appointed apartment located directly on the sea front offers you the perfect space in which to enjoy your stay in Dubrovnik. The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Apartment DUBE - Zaton Mali 2+2

Apartment "DUBE" is located only 8 km from Dubrovnik, in the beautiful bay of Zaton Mali. There are two well-equipped shops, ATM-s ,post office and several restaurants in the villages Zaton Mali and Veliki and two bus stops are only a 10-minutes walk away. Zaton is connected by city bus transport to Dubrovnik and the surrounding places you want to visit.Zaton has a beautiful long promenade all around the bay.Below the "DUBE" apartman there is Soline beach, where you can enjoy.

Comfortable and modern loft on perfect location, only few steps from the city walls and Ploče gate, with the most amazing views of the Old town, sea and the island of Lokrum. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, office and specious dining and living room area with terrace overlooking magical roofs and Old port of Dubrovnik. Located just above the Old town in Ploče area, all major attractions and beaches are walking distance.

Apartment Adriatic Allure is a newly renovated, two bedroom apartment located at the centre of Dubrovnik. Enjoy a magnificent view over the Adriatic sea, while having breakfast or drink on a charming balcony. Cozy Holiday House

A great summer house on perfect location, 10 km away from Dubrovnik connected by public transport, short Uber ride etc. Located in peaceful and beautiful Zaton Bay, green oasis with lovely beaches and clean water. House is very close to the beach (1 minute down the street) and 2 mins away from village centre. Surrounded and isolated with private garden with spacious terrace and eating area. Airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

Lapad Seafront /large private terrace above sea/

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.
