Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Our charming studio apartment is located on the first floor of our villa. It features a private balcony with a magnificent view of Verige, one of the most beautiful parts of the Bay of Kotor. Guests are also welcome to use the shared terraces in front of the house, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
