This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

The Cottage by The Lake

Cozy and charming cottage centrally located to Canandaigua Lake in the heart of wine country. The home is walking distance to the lake, a general store, restaurant/bar, nature park with play set, two lake access points, and a small water-craft launch. The space is fully equipped for your comfort. The cottage is a 10 minute drive to the city of Canandaigua for dining & shopping and a 5 minute drive to the CMAC concert venue. Come unwind and enjoy all the beauty Canandaigua Lake has to offer!

This entire cottage is just what you are looking for if you are looking for an escape from the day to day work life. Lake rights let's you access the lake directly only a couple blocks away at the community beach as well as a boat/paddle board/ kayak launch. Full kitchen, charcoal grill, and fire pit available for use. Enjoy all Canandaigua has to offer with just a quick drive from multiple wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. Also very close to CMAC, and FLCC. Bristol Mtn only 30min drive!

Enjoy the fresh air on the back deck with Keuka Lake peeking through the trees. Take in the sites of the many trails, vineyards, breweries and state parks in the area during your stay. So just relax, you're on lake time.

Nestled in peaceful Upstate N.Y., between Finger Lakes Wine Country and Lake Ontario and right in the heart of the Erie Canal is the Peppermint Cottage. The Peppermint Cottage is a unique destination. The Peppermint Cottage is a place for guests to “Step Back in Time” and experience the simple pleasures of life including a warm fire, relaxing under the stars in a hot tub, sauna or strolling our gardens. Fully equipped kitchen w/electric oven, air fryer, microwave, k-cup coffee maker. Wi-Fi w/Fire TV, hammock & board games galore. Perfect for couples & solo travelers!

A quiet very relaxing private home out in the Finger Lakes region. High speed internet & roku tv provided. Gas fireplace, airconditioning. Open loft bedroom with great star gazing while laying in bed. There are multiple wineries and breweries that are just a short drive. Penn Yan, Hammonsport & the town of Naples just a short drive. Kueka Lake State Park 5 miles away. Note: Sorry this cottage is not suitable for small children, due to the loft cable style railings.
