Casa indipendente immersa nel verde tra i vigneti della Tenuta Colle Manora. Su due piani al piano terra soggiorno con accesso al giardino, cucina con zona pranzo. Al primo piano un ampio bagno con 2 lavandini e grande doccia, una camera matrimoniale e una con 2 letti singoli trasformabili in matrimoniale. All'esterno un portico con tavolo, sedie e un giardino privato con una splendida vista sui vigneti. Jacuzzi esterna con zona relax attrezzata solo per gli ospiti (aperta 1 Aprile-30 Settembre)

You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Situata in collina, nel borgo di Camagna Monferrato, riconosciuto Patrimonio UNESCO, casa indipendente di recente ristrutturazione. Distribuita su tre livelli, come da antica tradizione, la casa unisce il fascino storico all’eleganza moderna, offrendo ambienti confortevoli e curati. Dispone di tutti i comfort di una casa accogliente, completa di un comodo garage privato. Dal terrazzo si gode di una splendida vista della Chiesa di Sant’Eusebio, gioiello del paese.
