Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. Eigenen Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge. Verschieden gestaltete Zimmer erwarten Dich. Die große, offene Küche verfügt über einen gemütlichem Esszimmer Bereich. Die schöne Lounge mit hervorragendem Bergblick macht Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Circondata da sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili,ad un'altezza di 700m,con una vista mozzafiato verso Sud-Est e' il luogo di partenza ideale per scoprire la Val Chiavenna o semplicemente per rilassarsi circondati dal silenzio della natura che in questi posti fa da sovrana.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
