We warmly welcome you to stay in Bluebell, at the Old Railway Station, in a beautiful part of Northumberland, nestled between the coast and the hills. We provide some 'goodies', including locally made biscuits, milk, tea & coffee, to assist self-catering, as well as fresh eggs from our happy hens! The highly acclaimed Running Fox cafe & The Plough Inn are just a 5 minute drive away, in Powburn, plus a well stocked shop. There are plenty other places to eat in Alnwick and the surrounding area.

Our Beautiful Little Shepherd's Hut is situated on private land, with trees, ponds, and a river. A 5 minutes walk down the track (a little challenging coming back up) You are in a quiet peaceful area, within walking distance of the Co-Op, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers, 2 cafes, and 2 Pubs. Curlew, En-Suite Shepherds Hut

Our new handcrafted shepherds hut has en-suite facilities and underfloor heating. It has an enclosed patio with seats and a chiminea. We are situated in a very quiet part of Northumberland with excellent walking and cycling from site. The Pennine way is a field away, we have disused railway lines with viaduct and riverside walks. Nearby is the market town of Alston, Penrith and the north lakes, Barnard Castle in Teasdale. Stanhope in Weardale. Hadrian's wall, Hexham, Brampton and Carlisle

The Humble Hut

The Humble Hut is cosy with everything you need to feel at home. On warm days, open the top dutch door and let the air flow through and when its cold its great to snuggle up by the fire. Outside there is a private area that is ideal for sunbathing or having lunch or a glass of wine. There is seating around the hut so what ever time of day you can find a place to sit in the sun and admire the stunning views. At night if the sky is clear you can star gaze as we are in a dark sky area.

Located on a working farm and equestrian facility this unique shepherd's hut makes a wonderful, romantic location to stay for your holiday. It provides the perfect base for walking, cycling and sight seeing or to just chill out and relax for a few days. Your hosts look forward to welcoming you to this fantastic place to stay. Hidden gem. Cosy Shepherds Hut in idyllic farmland

Welcome to SHEP – your cosy shepherd’s hut on a vintage military lorry, nestled along an old railway line on our family farm in the Scottish Borders. Snuggle up by the wood-burning stove in winter or throw open the French doors for a summer BBQ. Ideal for couples, families or solo stays. Optional wood-fired hot tub – £50 per stay (please book in advance). Pre-light service can be requested but is not always available.
