Second time staying at Pheasant lodge and it’s just as stunning as we remembered. Everything you need, so peaceful. Couldn’t recommend more highly! Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at kestrel lodge, the area is peaceful and the views are lovely. The lodge is clean with all the basics you need. It would have been great to have a smart tv to access netflix etc but understand that the wifi wasnt great due to the rural location so thats fair enough. Loved the hot tub. Also loved the extra touch of leaving an easter egg as a welcome gift. Mhari was easy to contact when needed and provided a lot of useful and relevant information. Overall we really enjoyed our stay - thanks Mhari :)

We had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb cabin! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had gone above and beyond to create a warm, comfortable, and welcoming experience. The cabin was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The amenities were thoughtfully curated to meet every need, and the generous welcome treats were a lovely personal touch that made us feel right at home. We were especially impressed with the hosts’ prompt assistance when we encountered a minor issue with the toilet—particularly since it was Boxing Day. Their responsiveness ensured that our stay remained hassle-free. We highly recommend this charming cabin and are truly grateful for such a memorable getaway!

Lovely accommodation, great location. Excellent hosts and great facilities on site. We had a lovely stay with our 3 children visiting Kielder Water for some lovely walks each day.

What a brilliant location. The lodge was all and more than we expected. The location of the lodge on site is excellent as there is very little passing footfall. Inside the lodge is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The outside decking area is large, overlooks the lake with comfortable chairs and table. Hopefully we will be back again soon.

A little paradise inside. Smelt heavenly,had a luxury hotel feel and host had thought of eveything. The lodge was decorated really Modern too. Just was really helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for kielder castle and Forest,and also for beaches! Bamburgh castle and beach is worth a visit. We will definitely be back in the future. Thanks again!!! Xxxx

This was a beautiful place to stay, very peaceful, clean and tidy. The view from the hot tub was lovely. We felt very lucky to find this place for a single night stay as it seems you usually have to book multiple nights. We often grab the chance at a night away whenever we can as parents of a young family so we will be keeping our eyes peeled to see if any further 1 night availability appears in future as we would definitely return. Thank you!

Beautiful location, very warm welcome from Jenna. Communication was fantastic from booking to leaving with really useful local info provided - highly recommend Sunday dinner at The Derwent Arms Fantastic breakfast too with local produce - lovely stay!
