Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

It's a cozy cottage that was just renovated in 2021! In this cottage you feel like you went back to the 50's in a well preserved cottage located right on the water. The renovation was done to keep the original cozy feel while adding new amenities. The sandy beach makes this rustic home the perfect place to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet, disconnect from the world. Enjoy a good nights sleep in one of the 3 brand new queen beds. Close to the restaurants and bars of this lake community.

New mattresses, bedding, pillows, and towels. Guests welcome to use back patio area with natural fire pit, covered pavilion with gas fire feature, grill and hot tub. Great Wifi and Smart TV.
