Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. Gloriously peaceful, surrounded by wildlife, stunning landscape, protected ancient woodlands, and your own private river beach - with fishing rights! Wave to the 19th c. steam train puffing by on the opposite hillside. Great for walking, cycling, horse riding, wild swimming. 20min drive to Aberystwyth for castle, pier, beaches, bars, excellent restaurants, Museum and Arts Centre.

Rhoscolyn Yurt - in a peaceful private location

This is a beautifully decorated genuine Mongolian yurt which enjoys stunning views to the sea and mountains. Bathroom facilities are in a log cabin adjacent to the yurt. Breakfast is provided , with bread, croissants, butter, jam, yoghurt and milk in your fridge. There is tea/coffee, a kettle and toaster and also a small cooker .The Yurt enjoys 4G reception. Logs, and kindling are provided. Additional supplies are available for a small charge

Take a break and unwind at Yr Atodiad - escape to the peace and quiet of the Welsh countryside and enjoy the fresh air, gorgeous walks, and just being in the moment. You will have use of our cosy self contained annexe - with parking, wood burning stove, and basic kitchen facilities. The views of farm land, open countryside and our garden are stunning. We usually have chickens and there are often lambs in our small fields.
