The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Lots of dog walks to explore , Cycling, Bird Watching , Plane spotting on the range , and of course visiting Donna Nook Nature reserve, especially , during the seal season -Mid Nov - End Dec - to view all the pups being born on the beach. Magical . You can walk to all local shop, restaurants, & takeaways . Louth is 10 miles away .

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee, wine, beer and snacks.
