The Old Barn is at the far end of a long wing of a lovely family farmhouse just outside a rural village in the stunning landscape of North Dorset. Its amazing views look over Dorset, Somerset & Wiltshire. The Old Barn is a very large studio space 12m x 4.5m with a king size bed, an additional double bedroom is available by prior & separate arrangement, the ensuite bath & shower is between the two rooms. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Den at Foxholes has been carefully renovated to create a luxurious, unique and stylish self-contained guest-suite. The Den is full of character. It is a private part of Foxholes House which dates back to the early 1700s and was once part of the Longleat Estate (The Marquess of Baths’ crest remains on the wall in the main part of the house). The property benefits from a tasteful bedroom, en suite shower room, modern kitchen/lounge, and a private patio with outside dining area.

Ideally located to enjoy Longleat, walk the Gorge at Cheddar or take a trip to the coast.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

A one bedroomed annexe off our main home. A very spacious double bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and 'kitchenette'. Plenty of easy parking space directly outside of the property. Set back slightly from West Hill on a small 3 house cul-de-sack. A 10 min walk to Wincanton high street with a range of pubs, cafe's, independent shops and takeaways. Huge range of local attractions including The Newt, Wincanton Racecourse, Longleat and Stourhead.
