Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Villa Monziani - Island San Giulio, Lake Orta (NO)

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

L'appartamento si trova a Nonio a 5 minuti da Omegna e a 20 minuti dalla fantastica Orta San Giulio, situato sulle alture del lago d'Orta in un antico monastero del 1800 recentemente ristrutturato. La struttura si trova al centro del paese ed è base di partenza per varie gite: laghi Maggiore, Mergozzo e montagne. L'appartamento di circa 100 mq è così composto: un soggiorno, un'ampia cucina, una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con letto singolo, una con divano letto ed un bagno con servizi

Il villino si compone di due alloggi separati ed indipendenti, completamente ristrutturati su due livelli. Il piano primo è dotato di una magnifica terrazza panoramica che si affaccia sul lago D'Orta e di un balcone in legno d'epoca dove trascorrere fresche serate estive. All'interno un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, la cucina a vista, una camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio ed un bagno con doccia.

Located on the ground en suite rooms features parquet floors and an outdoor seating area. The private bathrooms come with a shower. La Torre Di Nonio is 5 km from Omegna. Orta San Giulio is a 20 minute drive away. We speak your language!
