The apartment is on the 8th floor of the Marine Towers in Herzelia Pitu’ach, a 5-10 minute walk to the Acadia and Daniel hotels. It has two rooms, a living room and bedroom + kitchen + 1 full bathroom and second toilet and sink. There is panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and seashore. The building faces the magnificent Herzelia marina. The apartment building is located above the Arena shopping mall with cinemas, cafes, restaurants, fashion shops plus many more shops such as a pharmacy There is a fully equipped gym with wet and dry sauna In the building and a swimming pool that is open April through November.
